One hour by boat from the Bay of San Andres is a small island and two small islets called Bolivar Cay. It only takes an hour by boat to get to the beautiful island. Once you arrive you’ll have an infinite view of the sea of seven colors, and possibly views of dolphins jumping along the boat.
